Ordering & Payment
Opening order minimum: $250 - Reorder order minimum: $250
Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. For orders placed on this website, payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or PayPal at the time of checkout. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.
Lead time & Invoicing
All wholesale orders will ship within 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date before 4 weeks past date of order placement, our rush fee is 25% of the total order price.
Shipping & Delivery
Free US shipping on orders of $400 and over. We ship via UPS Ground.
Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. J.Laurant Fragrances is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.
Late fees
Payments made more than sixty (60) days after the initial due date will be subject to a ten (10) percent late fee.
General Return Policy
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for candles that have been used. Please review our shipping and returns page here.
All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to J.Laurant Fragrances within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
