Shipping & Returns
Although most orders ship within 1-5 business days, some orders may require up to 2 weeks or longer to ship due to product availability. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any free shipping internationally, or to Alaska and Hawaii.
You may use a parcel forwarding service's address to ship to your country. If there are any missing/damaged products or packages during the shipment, please contact your forwarding company directly.
At J.Laurant Fragrances, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.
